Five benefits of digitizing inspection forms.

We will introduce three examples of improved efficiency and standardization in operations!

Inspection sheets are commonly used in a wide range of industries such as manufacturing, construction, food service, and transportation. Their purpose is to prevent equipment and machinery troubles and to ensure that operations can be carried out safely. Therefore, it is important to maintain accurate records and manage them so that they can be easily referenced when needed. However, when inspection sheets are managed on paper, issues such as difficulty in noticing omissions or recording errors, as well as the cumbersome management of records, can arise. As a result, many companies are digitizing (electronicizing) their paper-based inspection sheets. This article will clarify the challenges of paper inspection sheets and explain the benefits gained from their electronicization. Additionally, we will introduce case studies of companies that have successfully improved their operations through the electronicization of inspection sheets, so those considering this transition should find it helpful. *For more detailed information, please refer to the link below.*

Reducing the burden on administrators through the digitization of inspection records.

Introducing the challenges and concerns of inspection records in the manufacturing industry, along with successful cases of moving away from paper.

In the manufacturing industry, the inspection documents that need to be created for each product being produced not only require time from employees but also place a burden on those managing the site in terms of verification and rework. The daily creation of inspection documents necessitates a vast amount of paper management space, and there may also be concerns about the inability to quickly retrieve documents in case of emergencies. This article aims to explain the process of digitizing inspection records for those considering it, using the case of Chuo Giken Kogyo Co., Ltd., which reduced the time spent on creating inspection documents by 400 hours annually. We hope this serves as a reference for your own company's initiatives. *For more detailed information, please refer to the link below.*
